The Lancaster County budget pro­posed for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012-June 30, 2013) has been post­ed on the county website for a couple of weeks and has been the topic of discus­sion by the County Council Finance Committee (council members Larry McCullough as chairman, Jack Estridge and Charlene McGriff) at meetings on April 30, May 7 and 14.
