County approves spec building

S.C. 9 Bypass may get a new traffic light in the near future, with the approval of a county land sale at the Lancaster Business Park.

County Council gave final approval at its Dec. 1 meeting to give 17 acres in the business park to Adevco, which wants to build a speculative building suitable for a call center.
