With the capital project sales tax initiative in a state of flux, one county councilman has suggested an alternative to help fix local roads.
During Lancaster County Council’s July 14 meeting, minutes after council decided to send a proposed list of projects back to the Capital Project Sales Tax Commission for another review, Councilman Jack Estridge offered a separate idea to secure much-needed funding for roads.
