Council to look at audit

County Council is holding a special meeting Monday night to go over its annual audit.

County Finance Director Veronica Thompson will go over the audit.

County Administrator Steve Willis said the county has received a clean audit.

“I consider it a good report in that revenue exceeded expenses, which is what you want to see,” Willis said. “The county is in good financial shape with adequate reserves.”

Road standards

Council will also vote on final reading of new road standards.
