Community makes project a success for area seniors

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the churches that donated Christmas gifts to the Shoebox for Seniors project in December 2012. This is a project sponsored by the Lancaster County Council on Aging. Donations were made by the following churches, Beaver Creek Presbyterian, Church of the Good Shepherd Senior Group-Happy Hearts, Covenant Baptist, Eastside Baptist, First Baptist, Hopewell Methodist, Springhill Baptist and Zion Methodist.
Thanks again to all the caring people who made this a beautiful Christmas for a lot of senior citizens.
