Christian Services needs 650 gifts for local children

Many Lancaster families are probably tightening their belts and cutting back on buying Christmas gifts this year.

But for many families, the situation is even more dire, and there could be children in Lancaster County who don’t receive a single gift.

Christian Services’ Angel Tree program aims to provide needy children with gifts at Christmas.

Coordinator Brenda Campbell said the agency has had many more requests this year.
