Carnes says go slow in decision on landfill

I  would like to express my opposition to the Waste Management/Griffin Brothers landfill in the Kershaw area and my support of the Lancaster County Action Council.
As an advocate of transparency and open government, I feel that the process that led to the decision to allow for the change of this landfill from its original intent to a landfill handling household waste was flawed and not transparent to the citizens of Lancaster County.
