Buford High's Pressley, IL's Truesdale capture Upstate wrestling titles

A year ago, Buford and Indian Land wrestlers captured individual state championships at the Class A-AA state wrestling tournament.

Chances are favorable for a repeat performance this winter. A year after IL’s Trevor Jones and Buford’s Rashad Cunningham won state titles, the Warriors’ Rondreas Truesdale and the Jackets’ Marcus Pressley are in line for a repeat mat feat.

Truesdale and Pressley each captured Class A-AA Upper State individual titles on Saturday at Crescent High School.
