Blackmon-Brace to seek re-election to City Council

Add Linda Blackmon-Brace to the list of candidates who have filed to run for either Lancaster City Council or Lancaster County school board.

Blackmon-Brace, who serves City Council District 3, filed Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 8, said Mary Ann Hudson, the county’s voter registration director.

Blackmon-Brace joins Tamara Green Garris (District 4) and Sara Eddins (District 6) as the three City Council incumbents to file.

Jean Cureton has also filed for District 4.

Those three City Council seats are the only ones up for re-election this year.
