Buford High School senior track standout Anthony Stephens drew his share of the maroon and gold spotlight at the annual BHS spring sports awards on Monday, May 14 in the Class AA school’s commons area.
Stephens, a star sprinter on the BHS track team, was coming off his 400-meter state champion track effort the previous weekend.
Stephens was honored with a rousing standing ovation when he was recognized for the Jackets’ first-ever track state championship. Following are the Jackets’ spring awards.
