Belair 1 precinct moves to Sun City

The U.S. Department of Justice has approved a polling place and name change for Indian Land’s Belair I precinct.

Despite Justice Department notification in early October, state elections officials began sending voters notice of the change only late last week, thanks largely to a precinct resident’s curiosity regarding the status of the pending change.
