A Rich Hill community man said he was the victim of an armed robbery Tuesday morning, Sept. 4, in the front yard of his home in the 2600 block of Beacon Road.
The 27-year-old victim told Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office deputies he was packing his SUV for work about 5:30 a.m. when a man wearing dark clothes, gloves and a camouflage ski mask approached him from behind, pointed a gun at him and ordered him to freeze.
