Third-ranked Andrew Jackson defeated county rival Lancaster for the second time in a week, taking a 3-2 baseball win over the Bruins on Thursday, March 7 at the AJ baseball field.
AJ senior hurler Tripp Rollings, who worked six frames, was the winner, posting eight strikeouts. Rollings allowed two runs, one earned run, two hits, a walk and hit a batter.
Austin Wrape, who hurled an inning for the save, allowed no runs and one hit.
Seth Graves’ RBI-hit scored Kipp Rollings with the winning run.
