Agents stop package full of pot from being delivered to address

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says it stopped a package containing 111 pounds of marijuana from coming into the county and has charged a 36-year-old Lancaster man in connection with the incident.

Russell Wayne McClellan has been charged with trafficking in marijuana over 100 pounds and possession of firearm during the commission of a violent crime, according to the sheriff’s office.
