AARP is again offering its free service this year to elderly and low- to moderate-income earners in Lancaster County.
It started Monday at the Lancaster County Community Center, 500 E. Meeting St., Lancaster, and will be offered between 1 and 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday through April 14, said local program director Nancy Mobley. No appointments will be made as the program operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Mobley asks that people bring last year's return, all W-2s, 1099s, Social Security and interest income statements to make for a quick filing process.
