According to Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office reports:
• A Lancaster woman reported a telephone scam to deputies April 15. The West Meeting Street woman told deputies she received a phone call April 4 from a woman claiming to be with Publisher’s Clearing House. The unknown woman told the victim she had won $500,000, gave her a confirmation number and told her to wait for a call from a prize coordinator, a report said.

• Officers discovered a police car computer was stolen sometime between Feb. 4 and March 15. A maintenance worker was jumping the car’s battery when he noticed the under-hood computer was missing, a report said. Estimated value of the computer is $1,498, plus $98 to reprogram.

• Ravenell H. Parker, 33, 513 Oxford Place, Lancaster, was charged Feb. 21 with simple possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. Cynthia Maness Cauthen, 42, 513 Oxford Place, Lancaster, was also arrested at the same time for disorderly conduct.

• Officers issued warrants on a Lancaster woman for criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature on Feb. 11. A 61-year-old man told officers he was hit in the face with a lawn chair by Diane Strain, 56, 206 McCardell St., Lancaster, according to an incident report.
